Content accuracy reports
The best way to report a question problem is from inside the question itself. Those reports include the question identifier and appear in the admin review console. For chapter-level issues, include the chapter title, the sentence or section in question, and the proposed correction.
Copyright or source-attribution concerns
Include the affected page or question, the original source, your relationship to the material, and the requested action. Credible reports may result in attribution, revision, restriction, or removal.

OrthoTech Prep is an educational site only. For urgent patient-care concerns, use the appropriate emergency process, facility policy, or clinical chain of command immediately.
